Workplace programme

ClearMind 28-Day Nicotine Reset

A private stop-smoking and stop-vaping programme you can offer your team — where the employer gets aggregated reporting and never sees who took part in what.

Enquire about a pilot

The problem with most workplace cessation offers

Employers who want to support people who smoke or vape usually run into the same three things. Uptake is low, because signing up feels like declaring something to your employer. Vaping is left out entirely, even though it is now a large share of nicotine use in most workforces. And the reporting either does not exist, or it exists in a form that makes employees justifiably uneasy.

We built this around the assumption that people will only use it if they are certain their employer cannot see what they write.

What the programme is

Both pathways, properly

Separate programmes for smoking and vaping, plus a combined pathway. We do not reuse smoking content or smoking statistics for people who vape.

A focused 28 days

One theme and one two-to-five minute action a day, with an optional 90-day maintenance phase afterwards.

Support at the moment it is needed

Craving Rescue is one tap away and works offline — usable on a shop floor, in a cab, or on a break.

Honest about its limits

It is behavioural support, not treatment. Everyone is pointed at free national services and pharmacist advice as well.

What an employee actually experiences

  1. 1They get an enrolment link — by email, on a poster, or in a team channel. Nobody records who clicks it.
  2. 2They answer eight questions and get a personalised first 24-hour plan before creating anything.
  3. 3They use the app privately, on their own device. Nothing is visible to a manager.
  4. 4At day 7 and day 28 they are invited — not required — to answer a few anonymous questions.

Employee privacy is the product

This is not a policy statement we ask you to trust. The reporting contract is enforced in our code, and an automated test fails our build if an individual-level field ever appears in an employer payload.

What the employer sees

  • • How many people were invited
  • • How many started the programme
  • • Aggregate engagement across the group
  • • Day 7 and day 28 check-in completion rates
  • • Total craving-rescue sessions run across the group
  • • Anonymous satisfaction, clearly labelled as self-reported
  • • Anonymous self-reported progress, clearly labelled as self-reported

What the employer never sees

  • • Individual names, or which named person enrolled
  • • Any individual’s quit status
  • • Chat content, of any kind
  • • Journal entries or reflections
  • • Trigger details, including the categories any individual chose
  • • Medication or NRT information
  • • Individual craving logs
  • • Individual usage patterns or when someone opened the app

Minimum group size

Any figure computed over fewer than 5 people is suppressed entirely rather than rounded — rounding still reveals that the group is small. This applies to every breakdown, including by site, shift or department, which is exactly where re-identification risk actually lives. The threshold is configurable and never set below 5.

What a report looks like

Illustrative figures only — these are example numbers to show the format, not results from a real pilot.

Self-reported not smoking or vaping at day 28 (night shift, 3 people)HiddenHidden — fewer than 5 people in this group. Figures are suppressed rather than rounded so individuals cannot be identified.

Self-reported outcomes are exactly that. They are not clinically verified quit rates, and we will not present them as such — in a report, in a proposal, or in a renewal conversation.

ClearMind Quit provides information and behavioural support. It is not a clinical service, it does not diagnose or treat, and it should not be presented to employees as occupational health provision.
